I asked for discreet packaging, but it showed up looking way too obvious. it felt like nobody even read my message, which made the whole thing awkward

I ordered a few things from happyfamilypharm.com, everything showed up exactly like I chose it on the site. The names, quantities, and packaging all matched, which was a relief once I actually checked the package.

I had been a little nervous about getting the wrong items or having something missing, but that didn’t happen. After trying the order process, I felt a lot better because it was accurate from start to finish.

I’m giving 4 stars because delivery took a little longer than I was hoping, but the order itself was correct and there were no mix ups. For accuracy, they did a good job...

They did a decent job keeping me in the loop and stuff, which I appreciated. It just felt a little slow sometimes, like I was waiting around a bit longer than expected.

My order ended up getting stuck in customs and never made it to me. Frustrating, honestly.
